Services at Posada San Vicente
For your convenience, we offer private transportation to pick you up at the airport for $37. Contact us letting us know of your arrival time, flight number, airline name and what city you arrive from. We accept US dollars, quetzals, traveler’s checks, and credit cards. If you pay at the hotel by credit or debit card, there is a 6% surcharge.
Cancellation policy: 3 days. Cancellations must be made in writing by email. If you cancel less than 3 days (72 hours) before check-in or do not show up, you will be charged the remaining total balance of your reservation. For deposits made to the hotel, if you cancel more than 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund minus a USD $15 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 14 days but more than 3 days before check-in, you will lose your deposit. We also offer rooms at our new hotel, Hotel Panchoy.
